An addition was provided to the front and right side of the building to increase the available seating area and modernize the facility to be consistent with the newer Dairy Queen prototype branding. With this addition and renovation a drive-thru window was created to accommodate new drive-up service.

The owner wanted to maintain the existing roofline to save office space that was situated within the barn roof structure. This roof area was removed from the building walls, put aside on the site during the building construction, and then reinstalled on top of the new walls.

Both the site plan drawings and the architectural drawings were handled in house by our staff of architects and site designers providing a one-stop approach for the client for the comprehensive redesign of the property.

Since 1996 we have provided similar services for New Jersey Dairy Queen locations in Mount Olive, Byram, Basking Ridge, Hackettstown, and Newfoundland.
